(FFCCI). Adopting this internationally accepted quality Management System assures the quality of the processes used in the delivery of its services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Organization<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">PTCC functions as an integral partner of each client in delivering projects, contributing its technical, multi- disciplinary expertise with the value-added benefits of teamwork. &nbsp;PTCC\u2019s commitment to innovative, cost- effective design and partnership approach to each project can be seen in each step of the process. &nbsp;As an ISO-certified organization, a company-wide quality assurance is implemented and maintained throughout the project delivery process. The company is committed to maintain highly qualified professional specialists and support staff through continuous improvement in training and the adoption of the latest information technology tools and solutions. &nbsp;Its complete roster of professionals and support staff deliver a project from the conceptual stage to final turnover to client. &nbsp;PTCC is made up of staff with the required educational degrees, professional licenses and adept language communication skills in English and Filipino. &nbsp;At present, PTCC has around 86 highly trained engineers, architects, surveyors, geologists, hydrologists, economists, urban planners and policy specialists in regular, project-based and on-call employment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Capabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PTCC can provide extensive technical assistance and financial planning to execute projects, including full logistical organization and comprehensive local support. &nbsp;It offers a focused set of strategic business development services for tenders and ongoing projects, aligned to fit each Client\u2019s specific objectives. &nbsp;PTCC could also assist in the feasibility studies, policy and market analysis, project negotiations, joint venture arrangements, detailed engineering, master planning and construction management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Effective communication has been an integral part in PTCC\u2019s successful delivery of tasks performed. PTCC is keeping up with the more sophisticated communication technology available in the market. Local Area Network (LAN), internet access, electronic mails, mobile phones and facsimile machines have been part of the company\u2019s common tools for fast and effective communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PTCC provides comprehensive multi-disciplinary consulting services from the Clients\u2019 needs of conceptualization to the realization of the project. The company maintains a roster of professional engineers, designers, project managers, and support staff capable of handling complex projects locally and internationally from planning, engineering, and construction management. The company is equipped with new computer facilities and accessories, and software such as the Autodesk\u2019s Infrastructure Design Suite Premium 2018, AutoCAD Civil 3D 2016, Building Design Suite Ultimate 2015, AutoCAD Civil 3D 2015, Design Suite Standard 2015, Design Suite Premium 2015, MS Office Home and Business 2010, MS Office Standard 2010, Mathcad 15, Staad.Pro v8i Select, Staad Foundation &amp; MIDAS Civil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PTCC is supported by staff and resources of associate firms including F.F. Cruz &amp; Co., Inc.
