Philipps Technical Consultants Corporation (PTCC) commenced operations in 1954 as the technical and engineering division of one of the pillars in construction indrustry in the philippines, F.F.Cruz & Co., Inc. (FFCCI). It was incorporated on 19 January 1981, as an independent firm of technical consultants and has since grown with a staff of wide expertise and diversified experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
