Cruz &amp; Co., Inc. (FFCCI). It was incorporated on 19 January 1981, as an independent firm of technical consultants and has since grown with a staff of wide expertise and diversified experience, covering a broad spectrum of engineering disciplines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PTCC is one of the few consulting firms in the Philippines who initiated to be ISO compliant, having been certified since year <strong>2002 <\/strong>as Multi-Discipline Consulting Engineering Design and Development Services with Construction Management. &nbsp;On November 22, 2017, PTCC&nbsp; &nbsp;successfully&nbsp; &nbsp;achieved&nbsp; &nbsp;certification&nbsp; &nbsp;for&nbsp; &nbsp;<strong>ISO<\/strong> <strong>9001:2015<\/strong>.&nbsp; &nbsp;Adopting&nbsp; &nbsp;this&nbsp; &nbsp;internationally&nbsp; &nbsp;accepted Quality Management Systems assures the quality of the processes used in the delivery of its services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Organization<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PTCC functions as an integral partner of each client in delivering projects, contributing its technical, multi- disciplinary expertise with the value-added benefits of teamwork. &nbsp;PTCC\u2019s commitment to innovative, cost- effective design and partnership approach to each project can be seen in each step of the process. &nbsp;As an ISO-certified organization, a company-wide quality assurance is implemented and maintained throughout the project delivery process. The company is committed to maintain highly qualified professional specialists and support staff through continuous improvement in training and the adoption of the latest information technology tools and solutions. &nbsp;Its complete roster of professionals and support staff deliver a project from the conceptual stage to final turnover to client. &nbsp;PTCC is made up of staff with the required educational degrees, professional licenses and adept language communication skills in English and Filipino. &nbsp;At present, PTCC has around 86 highly trained engineers, architects, surveyors, geologists, hydrologists, economists, urban planners and policy specialists in regular, project-based and on-call employment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Capabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PTCC can provide extensive technical assistance and financial planning to execute projects, including full logistical organization and comprehensive local support. &nbsp;It offers a focused set of strategic business development services for tenders and ongoing projects, aligned to fit each Client\u2019s specific objectives. &nbsp;PTCC could also assist in the feasibility studies, policy and market analysis, project negotiations, joint venture arrangements, detailed engineering, master planning and construction management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Effective communication has been an integral part in PTCC\u2019s successful delivery of tasks performed. PTCC is keeping up with the more sophisticated communication technology available in the market. Cruz &amp; Co., Inc.
